May 14, 2015 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s cabinet spokesman Rajitha Senaratne told reporters Thursday that he had been offered a bribe of 20 million rupees for keeping silent on a matter relating to the Avant Garde investigation.

“The bribe was for a two weeks of silence. I refused it and my friend has a voice recording of it.
But my friend said he is giving it only if you are in trouble, because he is a friend of that person too.
” Senaratne said.

He said another minister was also offered 300 million rupees as a one stop deal.

  1. Lol he should be arrested for not revealing information about a crime – bribing. seriously these jokers should just stop this comedy and arrest anyone who had engaged in corruption. otherwise these jokers should be arrested for these stories.
