Singer Sri Lanka debenture oversubscribed

Jun 11, 2015 (LBO) – Singer Sri Lanka’s 15,000,000 rated senior secure redeemable debenture valued at 1,500,000,000 has been oversubscribed, the Company said in a stock exchange filling.

The issue will close as per its prospectus this evening.

The basis of allotment will be notified to the CSE later, the statement said.
