Prime Minister seeks Singapore funds for development

Oct 15, 2015 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to leave for Singapore today on a two day official tour, the government said.

He is accompanied by International Trade Minister Malik Samarawickrema.

The purpose of this visit will be to obtain support and funding in Singapore for the development program in Sri Lanka.

Wickremesinghe will have high level bilateral discussion with Prime Minister of Singapore and other major ministers, the government said.
