Sri Lanka appoints two state ministers and five deputy ministers

Jun 12, 2018 (LBO) – Sri Lanka’s President Maithripala Sirisena has appointed two state ministers and five deputy ministers.

The seven new ministers and deputy ministers were sown in at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.

Ranjith Aluvihare – Tourism Development and Christian Religious Affairs (UNP)

Lucky Jayawardana – Hill Country New Villages Infrastructure and Community Development (UNP)

Deputy Ministers

Ajith Mannapperuma – Environment (UNP)

Angajan Ramanathan – Agriculture (UPFA)

K. Kader Masthan – Resettlement, Rehabilitation, Northern Development and Hindu Religious Affairs (UPFA)

Edward Gunasekara – Internal Affairs and Wayamba Development (UNP)

Nalin Bandara – Public Administration and Management, Law and Order (UNP)
